Our product is made and packed with care. We do not offer any refunds on orders but if your item has gone missing or has arrived damaged then please let us know as soon a possible and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency of the subscription that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next bill to avoid being charged for the following month, just email joyprintclub@gmail.com and we shall cancel the subscription. Once a monthly payment has been processed, it applies to that month’s mail and cannot be refunded.​
